A High-Grade Type Pursuing Ultimate Hygiene

A conveyor specialized for cleanability, pursuing thorough belt, guide, and frame washing to achieve a significant reduction in cleaning time.

Using Intralox belts with excellent anti-meandering performance — no concern about edge fraying. The low-tension structure makes it virtually maintenance-free. Even if the belt is damaged, only the damaged section needs to be repaired. The drive unit uses a hollow shaft motor with no chains.

Hygienic Parts Adopted

Standard equipped with an Interroll drum motor, maintaining IP69K※ water resistance with hygienic parts adopted.

※IP69K refers to the high-temperature and high-pressure water protection standard specified in DIN40050 PART9 of the Deutsche Industrie Normen (German Industrial Standard).
Water is discharged at 80–100 bar pressure (14–16 L/min) from a distance of 10–15 cm using a nozzle of specified shape at 80°C, while the unit is rotated on a horizontal plane at 0°, 30°, 60°, and 90° for 30 seconds in each direction.

Greatly Improved Cleanability

The pipe frame improves cleanability of the belt underside and the entire conveyor.

Removable Running Carrier Rail

The running carrier rail uses resin and can be removed with a single touch.

Design to Minimize Belt and Guide Friction

By adopting resin guides and receiving rollers, belt friction has been minimized. Tool-free removable design.
