A conveyor specialized for cleanability, pursuing thorough belt, guide, and frame washing to achieve a significant reduction in cleaning time.
We use Intralox belt for all of our conveyors.
The belt has big advantages such as excellent anti-meandering performance and no concern about edge fraying. The low-tension structure makes it virtually maintenance-free. Even if the belt is damaged, only the damaged section needs to be repaired. The drive unit uses a hollow shaft motor with no chains.
Hygienic Parts Adopted
※IP69K refers to the high-temperature and high-pressure water protection standard specified in DIN40050 PART9 of the Deutsche Industrie Normen (German Industrial Standard).
Water is discharged at 80–100 bar pressure (14–16 L/min) from a distance of 10–15 cm using a nozzle of specified shape at 80°C, while the unit is rotated on a horizontal plane at 0°, 30°, 60°, and 90° for 30 seconds in each direction.
