HACCP

To implement HACCP, maintaining a hygienic environment and improving employee morale are prerequisites. There are many cases where dirt accumulates in hard-to-clean areas and is left unattended for years. To break this vicious cycle, we believe it is important not only to educate employees but also to create a layout that is easy to clean and use materials resistant to water and chemicals. I.T.S. proposes designs that make it easier to maintain a hygienic environment so customers can focus on important quality control.

What is HACCP

HACCP is an abbreviation of the English Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point taking the initial letters,"Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points"as it is translated.

HACCP was developed in the 1960s during the US Apollo program for making space food, and is a method of sanitation management for safe food production. In Japan, an approval system was introduced under the Food Sanitation Act revised in 1995 as "Comprehensive Sanitation Management Manufacturing Process."
Currently, dairy products, meat products, and fish paste products are subject to approval, but the introduction of HACCP is encouraged for sanitation management of all food products.
HACCP-based sanitation management is a concept of preventing accidents by predicting and managing points where hazards may contaminate the process from raw material receipt to product shipment.
To implement HACCP, it is prerequisite that a hygienic environment is maintained and employee morale is improved.
At I.T.S., we believe that improving daily cleaning and hygiene awareness is the first step toward HACCP implementation and an important theme to continue after implementation. We propose an "easy-to-work environment."

Panels

Used for all factory partitions, the interior is dust-resistant, washable, and easy to temperature-control. Rounded baseboards ensure good water drainage, resulting in walls and ceilings resistant to mold. Removable panels are used when moving production machinery in and out. It is also possible to install sanitary antechambers linked to air showers, as well as new freezers and refrigerators.

Flooring

A flooring material with excellent hygiene, heat resistance, toughness, low odor, and chemical resistance that does not peel even if cracks occur.
For repairs, we work according to the customer's production schedule so as not to interfere with operations. We have experience repairing floors in factories operating 24 hours a day.
