What is Activated Roller Belt™ Technology?

The Activated Roller Belt™ enables items on the conveyor to be moved right, left, or to the center without any complex electrical controls, and can also change conveyor speed. Rollers are built in at an angle to the belt travel direction. By selecting and interlocking belt travel paths, the rollers rotate as the belt travels, sending products in a set direction at a set speed.

Switching Conveyor

Designed to reduce the maintenance and downtime associated with conventional slat-type diverters while providing far higher throughput than push-arm diverters. A simple, cost-effective solution suitable for transporting boxes, packages, and cases of a wide range of shapes and sizes. Can also be used for discharging rejected products.

Sorting Conveyor (Diverting)

The ARB Sorting S7000 performs high-speed sorting in one or both directions for products of unique shapes, sizes, and types. Products are sorted left or right in a “touchless” manner without rails, shoes, or other devices or moving parts.

Centering Conveyor (Single-Row / Centering / Merging)

The advantages of ARB system-equipped centering conveyors have been proven at a wide range of customers including food processing, beverage plants, and distribution centers.
